Putnam Community
| The Putnam Community was located nine miles west-southwest of Graham, in the I.L. Hill Survey, Abstract No. 125. It was a group of farm houses, and a one room school. The first school was located about one mile northwest of Medlan Chapel. The second school was about 1/4 of a mile northwest of the first school. Nothing remains of the community today. |
